TCP device problems：

▷The RFID device/gateway cannot be found by the "network device search" function of the host computer test software？
1.Turn off the computer firewall
2.Please disconnect the computer's wireless network connection, and then perform the "network device search" function
3.Please close antivirus software
4. After the step 1,2,3, it still cannot be conected, please check whether there is a problem with the network,
    whether the wiring is correct, and whether the voltage of the POE switch is 48V

▷No response from Modbus TCP communication？
1.Whether the device establishes a TCP connection with the host
2.Whether the communication message is correct
3.Whether the register address is correct

▷After the reader /gateway has set the IP address , lead to the new IP address can not be connected？
The IP address will not take effect until the device is powered off and restarted

RS485
▷No response using Modbus RTU protocol and reader communication？
1.Determine if the wiring is correct
2.Whether the communication format seting is correct
3.Whether the number of reader station is correct (factory default is 2)

Bus gateway
profinet gateway
▷PLC and gateway can not establish communications？
Whether the station number of profinet gateway is consistent with the configuration.  

Ethernet/IP gateway
▷The IP address set by the gateway cannot take effect？
Need to power off and restart to take effect
